We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Team Leader to manage our warehouse operations during the graveyard shift. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all shipment orders, in compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, keen on leading a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Oversee and manage all night shift fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
2 Ensure adherence to shipment SLAs, and implement strategies to enhance performance and productivity.
3 Lead the team in inventory management, and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
4 Coordinate with the day shift team to ensure smooth transition of operations, and communicate any outstanding tasks or issues.
5 Implement and enforce safety regulations and warehouse policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
6 Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7 Resolve any arising issues or complaints related to the fulfillment process in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications:
1 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field preferred but not required.
2 Proven experience in warehouse management, fulfillment, or a similar role.
3 Strong knowledge of fulfillment processes and SLA management.
4 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5 Ability to work during the graveyard shift.
6 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
