We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves managing the Dermorepubliq Kiosk located in SM Tanza, Cavite. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our skincare products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the kiosk's cleanliness and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Dermorepubliq skincare products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer queries, and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain the kiosk's cleanliness and ensure that products are displayed attractively and restocked as necessary.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and share this information with customers.
• Report sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory requirements to the management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain the company's reputation and image.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to stand for long periods.
• Availability to work during mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
